I am trying to find out more information on Homer Layton for inheritance (and genealogy) purposes. Can someone look up an obituary for me?

Homer Layton was born 17 Jan 1930. He died in Galveston 10 Aug 1982 with his last residence (via SSDI) as League City. We have heard that he had children but don't have any other information about a spouse or the children.
