The Honey Grove Independent records the sudden death near that place on the 24th, of an old man named HIRAM L. STEWART from Georgia, who was on his way to Gordonsville, Grayson County. The old man was traveling by himself, was taken sick, lay down in the weeds by the roadside and died. He was given decent burial in the cemetery at Honey Grove.
