Surnames: Sanford, Strahan, Smith, Mobley
Does anyone has the ability to look up Texas marriages? My Great-Grandparents John David Strahan and Zettie Sanford were married in Ravenna, Fannin County on December 15, 1890. If there is a record, then would I be able to get a copy of a marriage license? Were records being kept at that time?
