Erath County, TX, specifically Eastland, plays a large part in my Parks/Daffern family tree. My grandfather's name was Arthur Theodore, usually shown as A Theodore Parks, also known as Thee or Theo. We think his father's given name was Jim, could be James Parks or William Parks since Jim is sometimes a diminutive.
