Brandi Nicole Bayles and Brandon Scott Bayles were spirited away from their paternal grandparents by one Tina Sue Manning, her mother and step-father, and (I am given to understand) by a minister of the First Assembly of God Church in either Cisco or Eastland, Texas. Brandi was born on January 25, 1984 and Brandon was born on May 16. It is my understanding that these children were perhaps exchanged for money to an older couple who may have lived in Arlington, Tx. These children have a biological family who dearly loves them and would like to be reasurred that they are alive and doing well. Help me, please.
