In 1940, there was a mill, called Crouch's or Grouch's Mill, which had been turned into rooms for rent. I believe they were single rooms with shared bathrooms. This rooming house was located somewhere in Spur. I don't know how long before 1940 it was rooms. Does anyone remember this old mill and where exactly it was located?
