Looking for family of James Monroe DOBBS, born 1902, died 1956, both events in Dallas. His mother was Helen Von SPIEGEL. James, or he may have been known as Monroe, married Dorothy (last name unknown), and they had 2 daughters. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
