I am in possession of a newspaper article by JW Aynes of Crosbyton , TX, written at an unknown date. It regards an incident involving my great grandmother Ann Cooper and two of her sons, Ira and Coon, fighting off Indians who were trying to steal their horses. I have no date or name of the newspaper but would be interested in finding out and also any other information he may have written about the Cooper family.
