I am researching some family names, one being JOHNSON. I am looking for any information about David J JOHNSON b 1812, dont know when he died but I feel sure it would have been in Texas.....David married Mary Ann Macon who was born in 1825 , her father was Pleasant Macon and her mother Nancy Gray? ( I believe, not proven ) , their children were GEORGE, WILLIS, NATHANIEL, ANDERSON, NANCY, WILLIAM THOMAS, ELLEN GRAY , LOU AMBER....IN 1898 two of the JOHNSON sons lived in Crocket county , living on a ranch with their widowed mother, the sons were William Thomas and James Wesley, another son may have lived in BROWN COUNTY tX IN 1880, This was Nathanile Johnson...........any information would certainly be appreicated to help in our family research, thanks so much
