Lemuel is my grandfather. Franklin Newton was his son. Frank was my father. I am Frankie Lanette (Penland) Brown.
My grandmother was Shell Lottia Foster Penland Cook. She married Will Cook. I am trying to find out what happen to Lemuel. His last census was in Concho, Co. Tx. around 1905.If anyone has info i would appreciate it.
