I need to know the first year several schools consolidated with Carey--included were Valley View, Prairie Hill, Purple Hill, and others. Was it 1927-1928 or 1928-1929. I have a picture of nearly 200 students standing in front of the schoolhouse with a sign that reads "Carey Consolidated High School 1928." I think it was a picture of the first students after the consolidation, but was it taken in the fall of 1928 or the spring of 1928? Please help. Nadyne Faulkenberry Lynn
