Does anyone have copies of the 1937, 1938, 1939 or 1940 yearbook Prickly Pear from Abilene Christian College. I had relatives Kenneth R. Badgett and Marjorie Dee Badgett who attended. I would like to know what activities they were involved in.

No...but if anyone reads this who knows how to find older archives of the Prickley Pear...from say 1917 to 1922... I'd love to know about it...my grandfather got his teacher's certificate there...and I'm trying to find out more...

I just looked at the 1918 Prickly Pear album...very neat!!

This is a riot. Whoever published these yearbooks has a great sense of humor. For instance "Lilac Christian. Carefree and independent. Full of frolic and song. 'Lae' rowes her own boat, so don't you worry. Cutting her German class and playing catch with the Junior boys is her hobby." What a hoot.

I didn't find my grandfather...but have decided he just passed a test for his teacher's certification for elementary school...so probably didn't go to college full time and that is why his pic isn't there... I loved seeing all the albums, ... very very cooL...=D
