Services for Mrs. Ed (Beaula Mae) Roberts, 90 of Brownwood will be at 2 pm Friday at Davis Morris Funeral Home with the Rev. R.J.Elkins officiating. Burial will be in Greenleaf Cemetery. She died Wednesday morning at her home(Feb.1,1989)
Borned July 8,1898, in Burnet County to Jackson Scott Lewis and Elmira Lynch Lewis. She lived in Brown County most of her life. She married C.E.(Ed) Roberts May 9,1918 in Brownwood. He died May 18,1976. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include three sons, C.E.(Charles)Roberts Jr. of Brookesmith, D.E.Roberts of Brownwood and Jack Roberts of Dublin; six daughters, Naomi Trent and Bessie McAllister of Mineral Wells,Elmyra Curry of Midland and Verta Curry, Lousie Trowbridge and Carnell Rinkenberger, all of Brownwood; a sister, Florence Bien of Brownwood; 38 gandchildren; 80 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren.
