I don't know the year he died. Just was told he was buried in Bell County. He was working in the County when he died. Fulton was from Star. Mills County. He had lots of brothers but I am not sure of their names. Albert? I can't remember the rest. Fulton was married to Dicie Smith from Mills County but I know nothing about her family.
