Hello. my name is Marshall Sprouse. I found this site today (01/23/08) and was very surprised to see the name of Hardy Holmes listed. My father was William Felix Sprouse, born 11/30/1882 at Jacksboro,Tx. to Felix Sprouse and Letitia E. Ham. He was orphaned sometime in the 1890`s and became a resident of the Hardy Homes household. I think the 1900 census shows a 17 yr old boy as a resident of the home. I know this is not giving any info. on the decendants of Hardy Holmes but mostly about the Sprouse family.
