Trying to figure out the Hilburn's without birth or death certificates, social security applications, or obituaries is exhausting. :>)

I suspect Andy Lee Hilburn, Sr.was born in Texas either in Atascosa County or Bexar County, TX.

Andy Lee HILBURN, Sr. is not in my lineage,
but I research most HILBURN's from Atascosa County since one of the Hilburn's married into my husband's Peché lineage.

Paula Peché b. 15 Jan 1848 in San Antonio, Bexar Co., TX
married: Joseph Jose Maria Leandro HILBURN
son of Richardson HILBURN and Maria Luisa LEAL.

Andy HILBURN could be the
son of William A. HILBURN and Janie (maiden name unknown).
They had a son ANDY b. ca 1916 according to the census of 1930. See the census below.

William A. HILBURN was b. either Jan or Nov 1881 and d. Jan 7, 1958; buried: Hilburn Family Cemetery, Poteet, TX.
He was the son of Hieronimo "Jerome" HILBURN
b. 08 Feb 1857 d. 01 July 1926 and Margaret QUALLS.
