I am looking for a newspaper article that gives details of a boat explosion on 5 Spet 1953, Red Fish Bay, that killed 3 people with surname of RILEY. They were killed instantly. They were residents of Corpus Christi, TX.

The article concerning the boat explosion was printed in the Corpus Christi Times on Sept. 7, 1953 on page 12-C, columns 2 & 3. I have been having problems contacting the Corpus Christi La Retama Library via Internet so I am going to give you the phone number to that particular library and it will take you directly to the History Section. Thank you for the response. I was fortunate to make contact with a man in Corpus Christi who went to the library yesterday and copied the articles about the boat explosion.
Then he went to the cemetery and took a picture of the only gravestone for that family.
