I am trying to locate parents for Leacy b.1861 TX m.Thomas Vines Minyard TX d. 1929 Tyler Co. TX.,buried at Davis Cemetery Mt.CArmel Tx. First listed in 1870 census in household of James E. Hulett and wife Artheney. The other children in the house were Hulett's and Tatum's from their earlier marriages and 9 year old Leacy Bowen. I do not know the relationship of Leacy to this household. In 1870 birthplace for parents are Texas and Louisiana but on the 1910 census they are listed as both from Alabama. I am only coming up with dead ends I hope someone might know of these families, can you help?

Hi gus, you may have this info, but will send what I found. I would check on the Bowen/Goins connection. I found a mentioning that it states Lecie Minyard on her tombstone, and stated she was a Goins. There were Bowen,s and Goins/Goings? i have seen Gowens also.
