Hello: I recently inherited some old photographs from a Duncan relative who lived in the Bell County TX area. The picture shows some relatives (who I am trying to identify) in front of a large stone monument of a man that reads 'Jacob Thompson, Pioneer of the West'. The picture was taken c. early 1900's. Does anyone know where this monument is? I'm assuming it is in the Texas area around Bell County.
