I am researching George Washington Wright of Newcomb, TN. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE WELCOMED!!
He married Sarah Elizabeth Moore around 1883 (plus or minus a year).
G.W.'s father was James Wright (b. 1831 in TN) and his mother was Margaret (b. 1838 TN)
(according to the TN census 1860).
I understand that G.W. was a merchant in Newcomb TN in the 1910's and 20's.

Family lore has it the James Wright family may have come from NC or VA...any info on James and Margaret (i.e. her maiden name, etc)
would be deeply appreciated as well.
