Thanks for the information on adjacent households. I've looked at the census records repeatedly, but I've never paid attention to any names outside of the household. But, I think there's a possibility that Lizzie Williams was Samuel's mother and Robert and Tessie were his siblings. Because I know Samuel and Bertha had a daughter in 1920, who only lived for a few months, and they named her Tessie. So, maybe she was named after Samuel's sister? And, maybe Robert was named after his brother? Anyway, thanks for the details. It helped a lot.
