I am seeking the parents, place of birth, and place of death of Rev. William Delanson Goode of Tennessee (b. April 02, 1803, and died 1870). He married Sara(Sally)Collier Osborne(b. Aril 18, 1799, d. March 27, 1859) on September 30, 1824. She was the daughter of John H. and Susannah Goode Osborne. John H. Goode was the son of Robert Goode of Prince Edward County, Virginia (b. 1720-30; d. after 1804.)William Goode probably was born in Virginia. He comes from the Goode line begun in American by John Goode of Whitby. The Osborne, Collier and Goode families intermarried several times, but the exact parentage of Rev. William Goode cannot be determined because of numerous similar names in large Goode families. The children of William Goode and Sara Osborne are: 1. John William Thomas Goode, b.
