I am looking for the name of the birth mother to Frances Mae Smith who married James E. Shelby. She was born in 1902 in ?? Tenn. and died 1940 in Knoxville, TN. She and James are buried in Lett Cemetery in Union Co., TN. I know her father was Sterling Esco Smith. But I can't seem to go any further with either side of her family.
