I came across the following PHILLIPS on the 1820 census and am wondering if anyone has any information about these people?

Phillips, David 001/201 / 111/010
Phillips, John 200/001 / 200/100
Phillips, Thomas 200/010 / 101/000
Phillip, Lewis 300/210 / 200/100

I'm looking for a Thomas PHILLIPS, born about 1788-1791 in SC, who came to TN sometime before 1815. He married an Elizabeth, born about 1792 or 1797 in GA., before 1815. I don't know if this is the right Thomas or not, or how the other PHILLIPS are related. Any help is greatly appreciated!
