Oct. 7 1879 I, P.T.M. Fowler, of Weakley County & State of Tennessee, being in good health & of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament as follows:

1st I leave to my beloved wife Belinda S.A. all of my lands during her natural life with the provision that my daughters Louisa M. Fowler, Mary A. Fowler, S.E.E. Fowler, B.A.A. Fowler, being unmarried, shall have with their mother said lands for a home free of rent while they remain unmarried. All of my other property of every description I leave to my wife Belinda S.A. during her natural life. At her death should my above named daughters all or any one of them be living and unmarried said lands I leave to them while they remain unmarried with all my other property of every description equally divided among my children: Louisa M. Fowler, Mary A. Fowler, Martha J. Glasgow, William T. Fowler, Sarah E.E. Fowler, Belinda AAA. Fowler, George W. Fowler, Joseph L. Fowler, John A. Fowler, Robert E. Fowler & Lawrence B. Fowler. My husband is a ancestor of the Fowler's of Weakley County. I am looking for information on the husband of Vena Lillian Fowler. His name was Olie or Ollie Wyatt. He is now buried in Martin, TN. I think he was born in 1895 to 1900. Do you know anything about him?

families in SC, but to my knowledge, at this time, Samuel did not have a Henderson tie.

KY also, may have sent his dau., Mary, to help take care of her Aunt Rebecca & the small ch.

Please find in Sp. area, SC if Ricky Crews’ mother was a Henderson? Ch. listed in the 1820 Barren Co., KY census. John R. & James R. are listed in the KY deed to heirs in 1858. The others were probably
given a share of TN land in the TN will that is missing. Samuel’s wife is Mary in the 1815 & 1819 deeds
of land bought in Barren Co., KY. I have seen James Rowland in the 1820 Caldwell Co., KY cen. & in his will of 1821, he did have a dau., Mary. I think James may be Mary’s father, but check to see if a John Rowland also lived in Caldwell Co., KY. There was an Anna Rowland. I’d like to find out who her husband & children were.

Dicy Eliz., Jesse Gray, Sarah, Lou Annie. I have marriages & ch of all, but all need updating. James Rowland Fowler was a saddle maker. He moved to Madison Co, TN, then to Obion Co., TN. Family went on to TX.

Henderson & Jane Fowler had Jonathan Kilgore Fowler b 1859 m Thurzie Thornton, dau. of Josiah & Sarah Fowler Thornton, sister of Wm. & Mordecai Fowler.

I finally found a deed in Barren Co., KY that listed Samuel’s & all of Rebecca’s ch. listed above, plus John R. & James R. who didn’t live in Weakley Co., TN.
Mary Fowler’s other ch: Charlotte, Henderson, B A., Wm. O., & the 2 daus in the 1820 cen. are not listed, as he must have willed the TN land to them. Please see if John R., B. A., 2 daus., Wm. O. & Charlotte, lived, they may have married in Weakley Co., TN. & I’d like their names & who & p2 when they married.

Samuel Fowler bc 1783 SC, s: 1860 Weakley Co., TN census S. is 77 b SC. In the 1790 census Wm., possible father, lived in Pendelton (now Anderson Co.), Co., SC. That makes it possible that Wm. & Margaret unk Fowler were there in 1783, but in 1783, they may have lived in Laurens Dist., SC where Joseph bc 1735 VA lived. Joseph bc 1735 VA and unk Pinson are the possible parents of Wm. bc 1756.
I do not have any Weakley Co., TN books. Are you able to lookup the above marriages? Do you know how to go to a site where they will look those up? Please let me know if you want musch more info.
