Mary-

I'm just curious if you've found much info on Isham Griffith? I've found conflicting census info. Some census records state his and Anne's birthplace was TN. Other census records state their birthplace was VA. Being that Isham G. Griffith's (Isham B. Griffith's son) birthplace was Pittsylvania Co, VA, I am thinking Isham B. Griffith and Anne Parrish were both born in VA?

Just curious if you've found anything to confirm that. And if so, have you found anything further back than Isham B.? I've heard that Isham B.'s father's name was Jesse Griffith (who married Sally Prosize), but haven't been able to find any info to back-up this claim.

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
