I have searched all cemeteries in Weakley County for Andrew (Andy) Smyth's burial place and have found no headstones for him or record of burial. Most likely he was buried in the Smyth family cemetery in Gleason or on the farm owned by John Paul Rushing. On the Rushing farm was a Smyth cemetery that was mostly destroyed by grave robbers during the depression. Only one marker was left in the cemetery in the 1970's.
