In Spencer there is a road now named Captain Carter Road. There once was an old house at the end of this road I always referred to as the Carter Place. I am not sure who Captain Carter is but I would love to have a photo or photos of the old house (the carter place) that once stood at the end of this road. Also I would be curious to know who Captain Carter is.
