Is Marilla Mashburn a descendant of Estella Chandler and Melvin Mashburn? Or how is she related to Silas and Jane?
I am a descendant of Larkin's brother, Martin and wife Lucinda.

Marilla is Malinda "Marilla" Pate, wife of Calloway Mashburn. They are Thomas Melvin Mashburn's (Estelle Chandler's husband) grandparents. So they are not directly related to Estelle.
