Dorothy Trousdale is listed as Dorothy Walter, daughter of Dolly Walter, (widow) in 1920 census, Winchester Il. Dolly was my grandmother. Dolly gave birth to my mother in 1921 in St. Louis Mo and gave her up for adoption. Dolly and Dorothy were living with Frank (brother in law) and Maud Trousdale in 1920. Frank and Maud show up in 1930 census in Cape Girardeau Mo and Dorothy is listed as their daughter. No indication of Dolly. Seeking information on this Walter/Trousdale connection. fjruckle@yahoo.com
