My Great-grandfather, James Tims, and Great-grandmother, Elizabeth Wade Davidson were married in Tipton County, TN 22 Dec. 1853 (IGI Record). The census records of 1860 indicate the Tims' Wades, and Davidsons were living in the same general area, if not adjacent farms. I'm trying to establish the relationships between the families. The Gross family comes in because my grandfather, Carroll W. Tims, married a Martha Elizabeth Gross in Tipton County in Abt.1884. I need 1850 census data on the Tims, Wades, and Davidsons and the marriage date of Martha Gross. Any other information will be greatfully accepted.
