I am decended from Erwin on my grandmother's side. I do not have information that you have, but maybe it is an ancestor that I have not discovered as of yet.

My information is David Patrick Erwin (b. 1865 in South Carolina and d. Btn. 30 Jan 1920 to 1930, probably in Tipton County, Tennessee) m. Mary Florence Victoria (Ballar) Bellar in about 1890 in Tennessee (probably Covington, Tipton County). This union produced 3 children:

Nora (Norah) Annie Erwin (my grandmother) b. 10 Mar 1892 in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee and d. 25 Jan 1990 in Long Beach, Los Angeles County, California. m. Leroy Abner Phillips, Sr. (b. 07 Dec 1892 in Burlison, Tipton County, Tennessee and d. 22 Apr 1972 in San Pedro, Los Angeles County, Tennessee).

William Perry Erwin (b. 02 Nov 1890 in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee and d. 12 Oct 1944 in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee) m. 1st Irene (b. 1896) before 1917 and had Lucile in 1917; then m. June (b. 1891)who had William Perry Erwin, Jr. (b. 21 May 1925 and d. 19 Mar 1998 in Mumford, Tennessee)

Minnie Florence Erwin (b. 07 Aug 1895 in Covington, Tipton County, Tennessee and d. Feb 1983 in Brighton, Tipton County, Tennessee) m. Lemuel Franklin Pinner (b. 14 Feb 1893 and d. 24 Jan 1946 in Tipton County, Tennessee) before 1915.
