Am searching for information on the family Jacob & Dovey Brown, who were married in Sumner County, in September, of 1820.

The couple had the following children, who were all Tennessee born:

John, b. ca. 1824
William, b. ca. 1826
Francis, b. ca. 1829
Ellison, b. ca. 1833
Elvis, b. ca. 1836
Angeline, b. ca. 1840
Elvira, b. ca. 1841
Granville, b. ca. 1844

Does anyone know if any of the family moved to Missouri? I am interested in John, as my gr-gr-grandfather was a John Brown, who was born in Tennessee. Nothing else known on John except his name and that his son, Charles Patton Brown, became my gr-grandfather. Would appreciate any information on the Jacob Brown family. Thank you! Dennis
