looking for info on Silas Long family. Not much is known.Silas is said to have died in Memphis 1966. His wife's name may have been Hester. Any help would be great. thanks

Silas is listed as a senior and on the second attachment, it list two sons. The first attachement is an image of their marriage lic. There are other documents at the above web site.

Under property records are documents for deeds, wills, etc.

You should be able to click on the images and it will enlarge for you. You can also save it to your PC.

Hester's name is Hester Willie( or Nillie) Vaughn. The record shows Hester N. Vaughn but I think it is really W. You'll have to decide.
