I bought this funeral program from a resale shop in
Hammond,

Mrs. Laura
Winston Welton, was born July 6, 1902 in Vicksburg,
Mississippi, to the late George and Rachel
Winston. She departed this life March 8, 1985.
She confessed a hope in
Christ at an early age. She united with the
Mississippi Boulevard Seventh-day Adventist Church on March 15, 1952.
She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Mr. Benjamin
Welton, Sr., February 24, 1921, and to this union eight children were born.
She is survived by four sons and four daughters, Mr. James "Jim Brown"
Welton, Mrs. Lillie B. Jordan, Mr. Benjamin
Welton, Jr., Mrs. Emma Laura
Welton, Mrs. Charles W. Welton, Mr. Don H. Welton, Sr., Mrs. Rachel J. Welton and Mrs. Rubystein

Welton, and Ms. Lorynda E. Welton. Five great-grandchildren; three nieces; two daughter-in-laws, two sister-in-laws, one brother-in-law, a host of other relatives and friends.
