Need help; Marriage of Bratcher(Bretcher) BYRD to Mary COOK. Three children listed on the 1920 Scott census are inumerated as BYRD, but only one child was raised by surname BYRD; My Grandmother," Elsie BYRD" b.1919 to Mary BYRD-nee- COOK & Bretcher BYRD.(Elsie BYRD married Evan SIMPSON)-The other children; Flora, Calvin & J.Harlin grew up with the surname "COOK".These children were born from 1911 to 1919.
