I am researching my Rutherford County, Tennessee, ancestry. My 3-great grandfather was Aaron R. Todd (b. May 14, 1837 in Henderson, TN, d. Sept. 13, 1899, probably in Dade Co., Missouri). His father's name was Reuben Todd, who is said to have been born in Rutherford Co. Aaron was married to Permelie (UNK). Their family included Lydia E. Todd (married George Buchanan Tefertiller -- this is my line), J. H. Todd, W. H. Todd, Della Todd, Ellen Todd, Hettie Todd, others? Some of the family moved to Missouri, then to Oklahoma where I was born. Line: Todd+Tefertiller > Tefertiller+Bain > Bain+Harris > Harris+Davis
