John Basham and family appear on the 1820 Rutherford County Census. His wife's name was Parthena LNU and one son named Pleasant who married a Matilda Childers or Childress. There may have been other children. Family moved to Jackson County, AL by 1830, then on to Arkansas. Just wondering if anyone has any additional information on the origins of this family. Thanks.
