Is is Marney or Raybourn who married Robert Burns?

Surnames: BURNS, MARNEY, RAYBOURN
I thought I had the wife of Robert Burns figured out when I got the death certificate for his son, George Burns. It said his mother was Mary Marney of Roane Co., TN. Then, I found out a Mary Raybourn married Robert Burns on 16 Feb 1854 in Roane Co. Can anyone provide any info to figure out which is correct?
