Does anyone have access to the 1820 Roane Co Census?

I am trying to locate Job Crabtree and WIlliam Earp/Earpe.

I have found Job in 1821, Capt Oliver's Company and both Job and WIlliam in the 1830 Roane Co census.

Please??
