My husband is the great grandson of John Henry Hipps and Martha (Mattie) Virginia Wallar Hipps. We would like to find Martha Wallar's parents names. Also, do you know if they are on the Baker Rolls of the Eastern Band of Cherokees?
We are trying to adopt a little girl (11 mo. old) whom we are foster parents for. It will make it easier for us if we can prove Native American heritage.
