In 1836 Reuben Tatum bought land on Trace Creek and in 1847 received permission to build grist mill on that creek. In 1850 was living next to James and Frances Beaty and John and Nancy Prewett.
Am trying to find the location of where this mill stood and present day owners. Trying to locate possible burying place for Reuben Tatum 1776-1852
