In Knox Co, TN records there is a Francis Bounds married to Amy White or (Anny White) ;bn John Bounts January 18 1799 then there is a Nancy Bounds married to Isaaac Clark;bn Thomas Bounds August 6, 1794. So it looks like your Bounds were here at least by 1794. Before Tennessee was a state. We have Bounds and Turbyvilles in our Bell/Beall/Beale line. Hope this helps.
