There is a mass cemetary in Knoxville for CSA soldiers, and one monolithic marker with names listed of who is buried there. Look for the Mabry-Hazen House and Bethel Cemetary. I believe a lot of soldiers died of typhoid rather than from fighting. Check the link below.
