I have found a William Osborne married to an Elizabeth ???? in Johnson County census records from 1870,1880, 1900. I'm trying to find out if he is the son of Elias and Morning Almedia Blackburn Osborne who lived in Wilkes Co., NC. His marriage may have taken place in August 1870. Are there marriage or death records available in Johnson Co.?
