I know this thread is VERY old, but I am a descendant of Lewis H Cole 1836. His father was Carmer (Carmen?) Cole. I come down through the line of his son William Washington Cole to George Travis Cole to George Thomas Cole to, my father Gary Cole and then myself. I would love to get in touch with anyone who has the lines from Carmer or Lewis Cole. I believe I have some information on Carmers wife. These lines are from Benton and Henry, TN
