Elizabeth M. Clark Linton is my 4th Great Grandmother. She was born in Henry County, Tennessee in 1829, married Joshua Collins Linton in 1846, and died in Fannin County, Texas in 1886. One of her children was baptised in the Church of England in Jamaica in 1873. I have searched every way I can think of to find out who her parents were, only knowing their surname of Clark. Elizabeth Clark must have been a very popular/common name, but even with the locality of her birth, I can't find any Clarks with a daughter named Elizabeth around the same date. Also, none of the public trees I've looked at have anything on her parents, either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
