Looking for family> Grandfather William Grant Overby(b1897 Shawnee or Hawkins County TN) Possible parents, Father: Jesse Overbay/Overbey (son of Gabrael Overbay/Overbey) and his Wife Eva. of the Hawkins County area. Any search suggestions appreciated. William G. Overby was a member of the 12th Cavalry Troop G. (no VA records exist) He is burried in Willametta National Cemetery in Washington State. He was married to Stella Hoover and fathered two sons William George Jesse Overby who died in Selkirk Washington at 9 months and my Dad Edgar Grant Hoover. 1921-2000. Thanks for any help.
