It is reported on several public trees that subject Wilson died in Hardin. Have checked the histories and most other available databases for Hardin County without success in veryifying place of death.

Does anyone have info on Wilson or his wife Ruth (b c1776 - d c1844) and her maiden name?

In Hardin County Records 1820-1860, abstracts of County Court Minutes:

7 July 1823 - Willie B. Wilson appointed guardian of Green Wilson, Madison Wilson, Benjamin Wilson, and Columbia Wilson, infant heirs of John Wilson.

6 October 1823 - Willie B. Wilson, guardian for the minor heirs of John Wilson, certified that he had received $140 for the children from James Davis and James Wilson.
