My grandfather died on valentines day this year. He has been sick all of my dad's life with spinal meningentis that effected his mind, hearing and speaking. We are trying to get his birthdate correct for his headstone. My grandmother died about 5 years ago. I have these 3 dates:

6/13/1917, 7/13/1917 and then the SSN death index has it listed as 7/13/1918. Can anyone help me in getting a copy of his birth certificate out hardin co, Tn?????
